Orphaned concepts again :)

Hello again,

Here are some random and un-used old concepts of mine, that I dredged up from my archives.

A random, griffin-like creature that I re-drew 2 times from an old sketch.

The second of these griffin sketches, where I developed the concept further.

A bizarre ungulate-shaped scaly alien beast.

A dreadful, pitiful crawling thing.

A blind, catfish like bottom-feeding fish.

A stilt-finned, terrestrial striding fish.

A clamp-jawed, beetle shaped terrestrial descendant of Opabinia.

A streamlined, salmon-sized descendant of Opabinia, a predator.

An array of different multi-horned ruminants.

A walrus-like, shellfish-eating Archaeocete.

The next few images are of a clade of cartilaginous fish that are shaped roughly like rays, with wing-like fins, but are actually descended from primitive sharks.

A rather typical base-form of this lineage.

A large arch-predator from this lineage, maybe 12 feet long.

A member of the group truly converging upon rays and mantas.

An amphibious, shore-crawling member of this lineage, no more than a foot long.

A suction-feeding, open ocean member of the group that feeds on pelagic invertebrates such as jellies and salps.

A small Drepanosaur that converges upon a mantis, in the shape and function of its limbs.

A tiny, bottom-dwelling nearshore species of shark that takes refuge under stones, as well as feeding there.

A random sketch of a fierce-looking ornamental fish.

A small, anteater like Allokotosaur that has a chemical defense in its anal gland, like a skunk.
